Robberies
Bank robberies were popular among the 20th century crime. Robberies were often committed by gangsters, but during the 1920s it was immensely popular due to the lack of job opportunities in the United States throughout the Great Depression. This crime was committed for numerous reasons, but the most prominent reason was that of desperation. Though many of the robbery isn’t a crime of hate or violence, it often resulted in injury, assault, and murder.
